Barangay San Antonio 2 is located at the southern part of San Pablo City and has a distance of 9 km from the city proper. It is accessible to all types of vehicles. It is bounded by Labasin River, Sta. Ana and municipality of Tiaong, Quezon.
San Antonio 2 like any other barangays has plentiful fruit bearing trees such as Lanzones, Bananas, Rambutan and Coconut. One establishment , a gas refilling station is successfully operating. Some people earn their living through farming, carpentry, poultry and hog raising. Others are professionals like teachers, nurses, midwives, private and government employees and overseas workers.
There are 30% semi concrete, 20% made of wood, 40% concrete and 5% barong-barong dwellings. 30% of the residents have access to water supply from San Pablo City Water District. Others depend on electric water pump and deep well. Ninety percent (90%) are using Meralco electrical supply.
